    HOW TO USE

    Can be used all over the eye as an eyeshadow base or used to make graphic lines on the eye. The primary colors can be mixed to create any new shades you would want.
    - Using the applicator, apply either directly to your eye or on the back of your hand. A little product goes a LONG way.
    - Take a fluffy brush to buff out the color into the thin layer all over the eyelid.
    - You can apply powder shadow on top OR use a detail brush to take another shade to create graphic lines.
