we totally understand that sometimes an order just doesn’t work out. for this reason, we are happy to offer an exchange or site credit on any unopened & unused product. to begin the exchange process, please contact our team at support@threadbeauty.co so that a return shipping address can be provided to you. Note- you will be responsible for the return shipping fees via your local carrier. Please be sure to request a tracking # to ensure your returns safe arrival.

At thread, we like our animals snuggled up next to us and not as subjects in a lab so under no circumstances do we test on animals and the majority of our products are vegan with the exception of our blend it sticks. 

Please send an email to support@threadbeauty.co with your order number and the items you are not satisfied with. our team will review within 24-48 hours and reply to you with further instruction. we will do our best to make it right via replacement or exchange. However, we recommend that you please review our return policy for additional details.

Orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. They will arrive to you within 5-7 days of order processing.
